Bruno Fermino is a pharmaceutical market access leader with more than a decade of experience advancing patient access, specialty distribution, and channel operations across complex therapeutic areas. Since 2022, he has served as Associate Director of Patient & Access Services within Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ Oxybate Center of Excellence, where he oversees specialty pharmacy operations, HUB services, digital engagement initiatives, and technology‑forward solutions that enhance both provider and patient experiences.

Fermino previously led Channel, Distribution & Trade Relations, directing cross‑functional teams responsible for authorized generic launches. His earlier roles include senior leadership in HemOnc distribution strategy, PHS/340B compliance, serialization and DSCSA readiness, and large‑scale data integration for distributor analytics.

He joined Jazz Pharmaceuticals in 2013 as an IT Site Manager, supporting global operations and developing scalable processes for enterprise technology environments. His contributions across the organization earned him the Jazz Master Award, the company’s highest honor, in 2021.

Fermino holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Peirce College and an Associate of Applied Science in Microcomputer Support Technology from Century College. His professional interests include AI applications in healthcare, specialty pharmacy strategy, and emerging trends in pharmaceutical market access.
